Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sale

By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and conditions.

Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and may, on occasions, have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed; doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to the advertised start time.

All tickets sold directly through Haslemere Hall's Box Office system, via an online purchase is subject to a �2 booking fee, per ticket. Tickets booked in person or by phone direct with the Box Office are exempt from booking fees.

In the event of a cancellation, booking fees are non-refundable.

Please remember, all purchases are subject to credit card authorisation and billing address verification which may take place after initial confirmation has been given.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number.

If requested, we will endeavour to post all tickets out within 2 working days of making a booking. Tickets will be posted by First Class Post, a fee of �2 is payable to cover postage and administration. The Haslemere Hall cannot accept any responsibility for documents mislaid or lost in the post. We cannot post tickets within 5 days of the performance

When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. The re-printing of lost, damaged or destroyed tickets is at the discretion of The Management and may be subject to a handling fee.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

When booking tickets it is possible to make a donation to the Haslemere Hall which will be added to your order total. If you do not wish to make a donation you are able to opt out on the Donations page or in the Basket before purchase.

We rely on voluntary donations to make our work happen, from maintaining the upkeep of our theatre to subsidising performances by amateur groups, education workshops, etc.The Haslemere Hall is a charity and it is possible to Gift Aid any donation that you give to the Haslemere Hall . Occasionally, events are cancelled or rescheduled by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone or e-mail with the contact details you provide at the time of booking. To gain a refund, credit note or exchange for the face value of your tickets (excluding booking fees) on a cancelled or rescheduled event only, please contact the Box Office direct on 01428 642161.

Your booking is for entry to the event, not a guarantee of receiving tickets. Unless Box Office collection has been agreed upon, all customers should contact the Box Office should they not have received their e-tickets within 48 hours of the event.

If collecting your tickets, please bring the credit card you used to purchase your tickets and valid photo ID to the Box Office at least 15 minutes prior to the show.

Tickets are sold subject to The Management's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter, Venue Management or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue. The Management reserves the right to cancel any tickets advertised or published in any manner with the intent to resell for profit or commercial gain.

If you are unable to use a ticket for an event, please contact the Box Office. On some occasions, it may be possible for The Management to resell a ticket for you: if successful, you will receive a credit note for your ticket purchase (excluding booking fees), minus a �2 handling fee.

Tickets can be reserved for the majority of productions. Standard reservation period will be for a maximum of 7 days. Any extension on reservation periods is subject to the discretion of The Management.

Haslemere Hall operates a No Smoking Policy.

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Anybody found to be using recording material of any kind will be immediately ejected from the venue.

The Promoter and Venue Management accept no responsibility for any personal property.

Patrons should be advised that official merchandise is only available inside the venue.

Concessionary rates, where available, are applicable to students with valid student ID and Senior Citizens.
